TARGET 2100 Implementation

Implementation of the system signifies all works which we have to perform together with a customer so that all users could use the system in accordance with their purposes and practice.

The whole process of Target 2100 implementation is composed of several basic steps

Data migration from a previous processing

In practice, this service entails transfer of all available data about employees, wages, trainings etc., which you have in personnel and wage programmes, and which you currently use. These data will be converted into the shape in which Target 2100 stores them. We further save your data in the Target 2100 data basis and install Target 2100 with your data to your computer equipment.

Preparation of implementation (in case of major orders of the implementation study)

Implementation set up is the first step when consultants and programmers of the company M-PRO meet future users of the system TARGET 2100. The purpose of the implementation set up is to get as much information on actual method of wage and personnel processing as possible, and to look for ways how to further automate selected processes or to modify prevalent practice.

Our aim is not, of course, to impose modifications on you or to press for purposeless changes. We will just draw your attention to option of other, perhaps more effective processes. Of course, the final solution will be always accepted on the basis of your decision.

Distribution and installation of appropriate number of Target 2100 licences

The M-PRO staff is accomplishes the installation of the system Target 2100 in cooperation with customer's IT specialists. The installation of the system can be realized personally in the customer's place or by means of remote access (this procedure requires more intense cooperation of customer's IT specialists).

Training of users in a total length of 6 work days

The standard training of users of the system Target 2100 is divided into two cycles. The first one is intended for clerks in wage departments (payroll clerks), the other one for clerks in personnel divisions (personnel managers). Both cycles are composed of three one-day phases which every future system user should pass out. The training is always carried out in the customer's place.

Adjustments of configurations according to customer's requirement

The aim of Target 2100 implementation is to ensure at users' disposal all print configurations and data outputs of the system, which are utilized at work and, if possible, in their final modification. So, it is not only about common, legislative, and obligatory outputs, but about control configurations, reports for management and parent organizations even in foreign language versions etc. that are utilized by a user.

A part of the Target 2100 system common quotation is prevailingly the entry: configuration adjustment before delivery of the product. This entry is a lump which, if not specified in a contract, means that all print configurations and data outputs that users require during implementation are ready with required content and outputs having a prescribed format (ISO directives, regulations of an organization etc.) will be prepared also in prescribed graphic form. Users' option to require elaboration of these configurations ends with delivery of the product i.e. by termination of the implementation contract.

Other possible programming operations

Interconnection with the attendance system of a user

Interconnection of an automatic system of attendance monitoring and Target 2100, is a routine component part of the service offers of the company M-PRO. Target 2100 is able to communicate with any arbitrary attendance system; in this respect we do not have any specific technical conditions or limitations. There are two types of interconnection of Target 2100 and attendance systems.

For the setup of the interconnection of the attendance system (if it is a component of an implementation) we need you to help us to arrange contacts with a provider of your attendance system. We can settle with him and with your IT specialists (a system administrator) on a technique of data transfer among particular systems.

Interconnection to the economic system of a user

Interconnection of Target 2100 and an economic system of a user (access to accountancy) is an integral and very common component of services of the company M-PRO. Our company annually prepares 20 - 30 of such interconnections, and we have the experience with all common economic systems which are used in the Czech Republic (SAP, BAAN, NAVISION, AXAPTA ETC.).

The aim of the interconnection of Target 2100 and an economic system of your company is to secure that both systems behave as one entity, that is, as if you would have bought them from the same producer. Even though Target 2100 contains standard and user adjustable accounting wage output, the connection to accountancy of larger companies is always programmed is made to measure of a customer.

Entry data imports for wages calculation

Imports of entry data for wages calculation, especially in the format of Excel tables (.XLS), are widely used as means of automation. Target 2100 involves the option to user configure these imports, so it is possible to make the enter apparatus fully prepared in the organization of a customer. If the imports are more complicated, or a customer does not dispose sufficient IT capacities for preparations of tables and imports, we are ready to design and prepare such an import system for a customer.

Interconnection to catering systems

The interconnection enables an automatic transfer realization of catering deduction utilizing the wage module Target 2100. We are able, at customer's request, to evaluate food consumption demands of employees (according to a collective agreement even in multi-shift operations) and consequently evaluate corresponding financial demands and charges of employees.

Interconnection to production systems

Here, the subject of interconnection (according to a type and a character of a production system) is usually the file of employees in particular, and their personal numbers as an entry to the production system. Conversely, achievements of employees, observance of performance standards etc. are transferred from production system to Target 2100. The system Target 2100 automatically calculates these data according to customer's rules.

Programming of special calculations of wage components

The aim of the Target 2100 implementation in a wage department is to automate "calculated" wage components. These are motivational and incentive wage components, used in an organization, and calculated of input data according to some precisely defined formula or a procedure.(E.g. bonus for a lack of absence fixed to strictly defined limits of missed days., bonuses for observance of performance standards etc.). Our aim is identify and prepare their automatic calculation these wage components during the implementation preparation.
